Have goals for the day so you won’t get behind on your tasks.

Goal Setting

If you set too many goals per day, you will never accomplish anything. Make sure you keep your goals to about 3 to 5 per day. This will ensure that you have enough time to complete them. You want to put some thought into your goal-setting. If it’s something that is not important, then maybe just do it as an extra activity instead of marking it as a goal for the day.

Example of your daily goals:
1:__ finish outlining book

2: __update blog

3: __link blog to social media platforms.
